– 225 g dough,
– olive oil,
– 1 / 4 cup of mascarpone cheese,
– 1 / 4 cup of the cream,
– 2 tablespoons capers, drained, chopped,
– kosher salt,
– ground black pepper,
– 60 g cut smoked salmon,
– 1 / 4 cup of chopped chives.

How to cook mini pizza with salmon for breakfast:

Cut the dough into 15 rotated from which you make mini pizzas. Arrange them in a tray with baking paper. Anoint them with olive oil and give them in the oven at 22 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Take them and leave them to cool 10 minutes.

Dry thoroughly the capers with paper towels. Mix mascarpone cheese with the cream and capers. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put topping on each circle of dough obtained, leaving the edges free. Add the salmon gently.

– a handful of green olives

Heat the oven 10 minutes at 250 degrees and then cut the cherry tomatoes in two or four pieces depending on size. Then cut also the olives in slices the mozzarella into cubes of about 1 cm. In a bowl place the tomatoes, olives and mozzarella, sprinkle a little basil and then add olive oil and mix.
