1. Mix the apple slices with raisins. Add the sugar and mix them well. Pour over the oil, stirring well, and leave the mixture at room temperature for 45 minutes.
2. Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. The forms of muffins are lined with special paper.
3. Mix flour with baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
4. Add milk and egg over apple slices, stirring with a wooden spoon until a homogeneous dough. Then add the flour mixture.
5. Pour batter into prepared muffin forms, filling them up to three quarters of shapes, to take place to grow.
6. Muffins are given at baking for about 25 minutes.

Note: do not tan at baking the muffins, so will try with a straw or toothpick if they are baked.
